YallaDM answers the people who comment on your Instagram posts

When someone comments asking for something you offer, like a guide or a link, YallaDM sends it to them in a private message. A person on your side can step in to any conversation.

How it works

1. Someone comments on your post asking for something you offer, for example by writing "guide".
2. YallaDM sends them what they asked for in a private message that says the reply is automated, then replies to their comment so they know to check their messages.
3. A person on your side reads the conversation and can answer. When they do, YallaDM steps back.

Ground rules

• YallaDM only replies to people who wrote to you first. It never messages anyone out of the blue.
• It never publishes posts or stories.
• It never stores photos, videos, or the text of private messages. The privacy policy lists exactly what it keeps.
• Anyone can reach a person by writing back, and can stop automated messages by blocking the account.
